Had the most amazing dining experience at Chateau Bellevue. The food was absolutely superb, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavors. The menu may be limited, but every dish was a delight. Plus, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding cuisine.

I booked for 3 days and stayed 10 preferring long journeys for meetings rather than moving out. Everything that you willl ask you will get. It is a small hotel with a big service and very knowledgable staff and flexibility. Although the Hotel and the restaurant are managed with heart and love of the trade by a family, the professionalism is very well represented (graduated chef and sommelier) for an excellent final result worst Michelin's attention.
Considering the size of the Cazaubon village, the amenities offered, and the rapport quality/price nothing to complain about. I found the guest reviews a bit strange like some are expecting a 5 stars building but the hotel is a charming old mansion rated 3 stars and located in the heart of the Armagnac country.

We loved its old-world style and ambience. Yes, it could do with some renovation, but the hotel is just great as it is. The restaurant was simply outstanding, and dinner on the exquisite terrace was something to be treasured. Wonderful, kind, sympathetic and helpful staff too.
The elevator!

Relaxed Setting & Great Location
The location was perfect for our Easter getaway, surrounded by beautiful gardens and in a peaceful environment. The hotel had a nice terrace where you could enjoy a drink while soaking up the sunshine. Our room had a spectacular view of the region, and the staff were very approachable and friendly.
The hotel itself was a bit run-down and in need of renovation. It looked nothing like the photos in the brochure, and the overall condition of the building made us feel uncomfortable.

A Memorable Gastronomic Experience
From the moment I stepped into the restaurant at Château Bellevue, I knew I was in for a treat. The aroma of gourmet dishes filled the air, enticing my taste buds with every whiff. The generous cellar beckoned me with its impressive selection, and the Armagnac tastings from the region added a touch of local charm. The chef, Charlotte, truly worked her magic in the kitchen, creating dishes that were a feast for the senses. The flavors danced on my tongue, each bite more exquisite than the last. , Charlotte's cuisine was so delicious that it surpassed even the legendary meals of the musketeers! It was an experience that I will remember for years to come.

The value for money at this charming old chateaux was excellent, and the room was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, nestled in a sleepy and charming town. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

Beautiful surroundings and delicious food. During our recent romantic escape, we were blown away by the stunning grounds and the mouth-watering cuisine. the peaceful setting created the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the company of my partner. We also loved that we were able to explore the surrounding area easily, with many nearby attractions.
Rooms and amenities need updating. Unfortunately, the rooms were slightly outdated and could do with modernization.
